Apparently, Target is selling this Naughty Librarian Costume. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but I just might need one. You know, librarians make novel lovers.

Actually, the librarian one is the better deal. I could make a better cake and a better jumping-out-of-a-cake dress. But that book skirt is cute.

The naughty librarian name tag is a bit over the top. but the thing I like/hate so much is that the skirt looks like one of those ugly book ties that all male teachers and librarians seem to have. i'd make one of those punk tie skirts if I could find a cheap supply of those horrid ties.
but I really love the capelet.

Still, your costume shouldn't need a label on it for people to tell what it is. Unless you're going as a political cartoon. Hey, that's a great idea. Run with it! The other problem is that there's no set librarian outfit, so there's no way to make it clear what you are.
The cake dress is the worst.
